Toni Tiffany is the VP of Customer Success at Orum. Toni has over 8 years of experience in customer service and operations management. Prior to Orum, Toni was the Sr Director, Review Centers / Product Manager at Call Box, where they led all aspects of transitioning review operations to offshore call centers. Toni was also responsible for sourcing qualified call centers/BPOs and negotiating all contracts, as well as onboarding and managing more than two dozen review centers and 600 agents across 6 countries. As Product Manager for the Humanatic (call review) platform, Toni was able to improve review accuracy and speed by 22% through the creation of an organized onboarding and continuing education program, the implementation of new quality assurance processes, and management of a dedicated workforce.

Before their time at Call Box, Toni Tiffany was an ESL Teacher at Chungdahm Learning. Toni spent a year teaching English to students of all ages, from elementary to high school.

Toni Tiffany received a Master of Business Administration from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Theirtory from Northwestern State University.
