Zach Michel

Zach Michel is a customer-focused technology professional currently serving as the VP of Customer Onboarding & Support at Atlan. They co-founded Middleware, which is at the forefront of modernizing the observability space, and transitioned to an advisory role to balance personal commitments. Previously, Zach held key positions at Firebolt, Google, and Looker, contributing to support and solution architecture. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Technology and Information Management from the University of California, Santa Cruz, while also studying Global Economics at Lund University.
