Alexandre Sanson

Alexandre Sanson has a robust background in residential development and territorial management, currently serving as Directeur du Développement Residentiel Ile de France and Directeur du Développppement Territorial Ouest at ATLAND since September 2017. Previously, Alexandre held various positions at Cogedim from June 2011 to August 2017, including Directeur du Développement and Responsable du Développement, focusing on land prospecting, urban studies, and project negotiation. Additional experience includes a role as Responsable du Développement at Cogedim in 2010, where Alexandre conducted land opportunity analysis, and as Assistant Maitre d'ouvrage at City Development in 2009, overseeing construction permissions and project management. Alexandre's career began in 2008 with a commercial position at Orangina. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Aménagement Promotion Construction from ESPI and a Master’s degree in Marketing & Communication from ISG.
