Theresa Goodson

Theresa Goodson has extensive experience in human resources management. Theresa started their career at ARRIS in 1997, where they served as the Human Resources & Benefits Manager. During their tenure, they managed reduction planning and negotiations during a company downsizing, implemented a new corporate hiring process, and identified new benefit vendors and programs to maximize employee benefit options while managing costs. In 2006, they joined Citysearch as a Human Resources Manager, where they contributed to the business strategy by assisting the Sales Leadership Team with organizational capabilities and acted as a coach on performance and development issues. Theresa then moved on to Tensar Corporation in 2010 as a Human Resources Manager and later joined Prime Power Services, Inc in 2015 as a Senior Human Resources Manager. In their most recent position at Atlanta Airlines Terminal Corporation (AATC), they serve as the Human Resources Manager.
