Subrena Clark is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as the Procurement Manager for the Atlanta BeltLine, overseeing one of the largest urban redevelopment programs in the United States since July 2017. Prior to this role, Subrena worked as a Buyer for Fulton County Schools and a Contract Specialist for Atlanta Public Schools, managing extensive contract portfolios and budgets. Earlier career experiences include serving as Office Operations Manager for the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council and assisting the Vice President of Communications for the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. Subrena holds an MBA from American InterContinental University and a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communications from the University of Georgia, along with a Certified Public Procurement Buyer designation from the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing.

Atlanta BeltLine
The Atlanta BeltLine is the most comprehensive economic development effort ever undertaken in the City of Atlanta and among the largest, most wide-ranging urban redevelopment and mobility projects currently underway in the United States. The Atlanta BeltLine is a sustainable redevelopment project that will provide a network of public parks, multi-use trails and transit along a historic 22-mile railroad corridor circling downtown and connecting many neighborhoods directly to each other. Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. (ABI) is the entity tasked with planning and executing the implementation of the Atlanta BeltLine in partnership with other public and private organizations, including City of Atlanta departments.
