Liz Miller

Field Biologist, GEBF Florida at Atlanta Botanical Garden

Liz is the Field Biologist at the coastal dune lake habitat restoration project at Deer Lake State Park in the Florida panhandle, funded by the National Fish and Wildlife Federation through the Gulf Environmental Benefit Fund. Her responsibilities include vegetation monitoring, rare plant surveys, project tracking, and reporting, and prescribed fire application. With degrees in finance and accounting, Miller anticipates completing her third degree, a BSc in natural resource conservation and ecology at the University of Florida in 2021.
