Aaron Parris

Aaron Parris is an experienced telecommunications and IT professional with over 16 years of management experience at Atlanta Housing Authority, currently serving as the Manager of Telecommunications Information Systems since January 2010. Prior to this role, Aaron Parris worked at Sitel in Avaya engineering support services, contributing to large global BPO implementations, call tree development, and billing management from September 2000 to December 2009. Aaron Parris also served in the US Army as MAF DOIM NCOIC, providing network support and voice services from December 2003 to May 2006, and as an IT Security Engineer at ServiceZone from September 2001 to December 2003. With foundational experience in the US Army Signal Corps from September 1987 to June 2001, Aaron Parris has developed extensive expertise in communications infrastructure. Education includes attendance at Baghdad Signal University, FT Gordon Signal Center, GTE MSC, and ongoing participation in the Avaya Professional Credential Program.
