Frank White, MPA, is a seasoned professional in youth services and recreation management with extensive experience in various organizations. Currently serving as the Program Manager for Youth Services at the Atlanta Housing Authority since April 2013, Frank previously held positions such as Recreation Coordinator with the City of Acworth and Program Supervisor at the Oconee County Parks and Recreation Department. Early career experiences include an internship at the Historic East Baltimore Community Action Coalition and serving as a Physical Education Coordinator for Oklahoma City Public Schools. Frank holds a Master of Public Administration in Governmental Administration from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Morgan State University. Additionally, Frank completed a high school diploma in Health Science at Northeast Academy for Health Science and Engineering.
