Kendal Phillips

Kendal Phillips has extensive experience in nonprofit and property management sectors. Currently serving at the Atlanta Humane Society in the Resources Center since December 2019, Kendal previously led initiatives at the Atlanta Community Food Bank as a Lead Supervisor from October 2015 to October 2019, successfully piloting the first food pantry and overseeing significant meal distribution while enhancing volunteer engagement and process improvements. Prior roles include Assistant Manager at Aimco Apartment Homes and Assistant Property Manager at Kennesaw State University, where Kendal managed budgets, staff, and customer service operations effectively. Early career experiences include roles in collections at New Mexico State University and guest services, demonstrating a solid foundation in customer relations and financial management.
