Don Wilkinson

Don Wilkinson currently serves as a Senior Development Officer and Retention Coach at Atlanta Mission, a position held since 2012. In the role of Retention Coach, Don manages daily operations, fostering client relationships through regular meetings to assess needs and areas for improvement. Previous experience includes serving as a Client Advocate, where Don utilized personal coaching methods to enhance clients' networking and daily activities, and as Manager of Partner Services, coordinating large-scale events and maintaining strategic relationships. Prior to Atlanta Mission, Don worked as a Tour Manager for award-winning artists from 2002 to July 2012, overseeing a team of 20 to ensure schedule adherence. Don's career began at Sony Music Group from 1991 to 2001 as an Executive Assistant to the VP of Urban Sales, managing logistics and delegating tasks among national representatives. Don holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Boston College.
