Ashley Walton-Freeman

Ashley Walton-Freeman has extensive experience in human resources and workforce planning, currently serving as the Executive Director of Total Rewards and Workforce Planning at Atlanta Public Schools since January 2017, having previously held the role of Human Resources Director. Prior to this position, Ashley worked as the Manager of Staffing at Shelby County Schools from October 2014 to December 2016, and as a Senior Program Manager at TNTP from November 2010 to October 2014. Ashley's career began as a teacher at Atlanta Public Schools from June 2007 to November 2010. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Clark Atlanta University, earned in 2007.
