Cathy Rollins

Cathy Rollins is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the educational and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of the Project Management Office at Atlanta Public Schools since April 2015, Cathy oversees a team of 12 senior project managers and manages a portfolio of projects exceeding $30 million in budget. Previously, Cathy held the position of Senior Program Manager at Atlanta Public Schools from 2011 to 2014, where leadership and coaching on project management methodology were emphasized. Prior roles include Director of the Program Management Office and Senior Project Manager at Georgia Technology Authority, where Cathy ensured compliance with policies and managed large, complex projects throughout their lifecycles. Cathy holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from Spelman College, earned between 1985 and 1989.
