Previously, Chuck held the position of Planner at the same institution and worked as a Planning Analyst for Fulton County Schools from February 2014 to September 2019. Earlier career experience includes roles as an Urban Planner and Principal at the City of Atlanta from April 2002 to February 2014 and as a Research Specialist at CBRE in 2000-2001. Chuck earned a Master of City Planning degree in Urban & Regional Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Elon University.
