Dr. Tonisha Johnson is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Managing Director at Young Americans with Disabilities Association, Inc. since September 2015. In addition, Dr. Johnson is a member of the Teacher Leader Advisory Council for the Georgia Professional Standards Commission and works as a Digital Learning Consultant for Academic Consultants Group. Since September 2012, Dr. Johnson has held the position of Instructional Specialist and Assistive Technology Department Chair at Atlanta Public Schools. Dr. Johnson holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership and Administration from Georgia Southern University and possesses advanced degrees in Educational Leadership, Educational/Instructional Technology, and a Special Education Endorsement.
