Kenya Tucker has extensive experience in special education, currently serving as the Regional Autism Class Specialist for Atlanta Public Schools since August 2018. Prior to this role, Kenya held positions including Autism Regional Class Specialist at Atlanta Public Schools, Special Education Department Chair and ELA-Reading Teacher at FCBOE, Special Education Teacher at S L Lewis Elementary School, and a position at Sandy Springs Charter Middle School focusing on MOID/Math SPED. Kenya also contributed to the special education field as a Special Education CBI Teacher/Co-Teacher at Creekside High from 2005 to 2012. Education includes a Master's degree in Technology from Nova Southeastern University and two Bachelor's degrees in Special Education from the University of West Georgia.
