Meagan Gordon

Meagan Gordon, Ed.S.,CCC-SLP has a diverse and extensive work history in the field of speech-language pathology. Meagan is currently the Director of Clinical Services at Atlanta Speech School, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Assistant Director of Clinical Services/Lead Speech-Language Pathologist from August 2020 to November 2021. Meagan also worked as a Board Member for Atlanta Speech School from August 2019 to May 2021.

Before joining Atlanta Speech School, Meagan was the Lead Speech Pathologist in the clinic at Atlanta Speech School from January 2013 to August 2020. In this role, they worked with a variety of students and community clients with articulation, language, and motor planning disorders. Meagan was responsible for managing the daily operations of the speech-language pathology clinic and providing feedback to other speech pathologists.

Meagan also has experience as an Internship Coordinator at Atlanta Speech School from August 2013 to June 2019, where they facilitated and supervised student internships.

In addition to their work at Atlanta Speech School, Meagan is the Owner of Eloquently Stated, a private practice they established in January 2017.

Meagan has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Georgia State University since December 2019, where they share their expertise in speech-language pathology with students.

Meagan'sprior experiences include working as a Speech Language Pathologist at Speech Therapy of Forsyth from February 2016 to September 2019, at Comprehensive Therapy Children's Center from January 2010 to December 2012, and at Northside Hospital as a PRN Speech Pathologist from September 2009 to October 2010.

Meagan has also worked as a Speech-Language Pathologist at Cobb Pediatric Therapy Services from July 2008 to May 2010, a Speech Therapist at Phenix City Schools from July 2007 to December 2007, and a Speech Therapist at Madison County Schools from September 2004 to June 2006.

Meagan Gordon, Ed.S.,CCC-SLP, earned a Masters of Science degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University between 2001 and 2007. Meagan later pursued an Educational Specialist degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at The University of Georgia from 2020 to 2022. Meagan also obtained additional certifications, including ASHA's Leadership Development Program from The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from ASHA, and the Dyslexia Practitioner certificate from Wilson Language Training.
