Katie Lail has a diverse background in management and human resources, currently serving as the Merchandise Manager for the Atlanta Track Club since January 2017. Prior experience includes roles as Accounting and Human Resource Manager at MT Solution, Guest Advocate/Apparel Captain at Big Peach Running Company, and Director of Human Resources at The List. Additional experience encompasses positions as Managing Editor at Meeting Expectations, Finance Analyst and Compensation Analyst at COMPASS Management & Leasing, and Benefits Coordinator at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. Katie Lail holds a Master’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations with a focus on Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, both from Michigan State University.
