Susan Leonard

Susan Leonard, CVA, currently serves as the Manager of Volunteer Engagement at the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this role, Leonard managed volunteer engagement at the Georgia Tech Alumni Association from July 2017 to May 2022 and coordinated volunteers at Best Friends Animal Society between November 2014 and July 2017. Additional experience includes serving as an Operations Assistant at Atlanta Pet Rescue & Adoption and a Program Coordinator at Action Ministries, Inc. Earlier career roles encompass a Teacher's Assistant position with Lutheran Volunteer Corps, Operations Coordinator at Appalachia Service Project, and other volunteer and leadership positions. Susan Leonard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science with a focus on Equine Science from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, completed in 2010.
