Jeff Pearce

Jeff Pearce is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background in HR administration and business partnership. Currently, Jeff serves as the Manager of HR Administration at Atlantic Aviation since May 2022, while also fulfilling the role of Human Resources Business Partner at InfiniteBBQ since January 2015, where responsibilities include the end-to-end management of HR functions and policy development. Previous positions include Human Resources Manager at Dynamic SLR, Manager of Global HRO Operations at Altair Global, and various leadership roles in relocation services, including Director of Global Business Development at Paragon Relocation and Assistant Vice President at Graebel Relocation Services. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Sciences and Human Resource Development from Texas Tech University and has a strong foundation in managing employee relocations and operational functions within the HR domain.
