Ben Little

Ben Little is currently the Vice President of Manufacturing at Atlantic Building Components & Services, Inc. Ben has a strong background in lean practices, having previously worked as a Lean Practitioner at NEXT LEVEL Partners®, LLC and as a Value Stream Manager at JW Aluminum. Ben has experience in implementing Lean methodologies and driving KPI results to improve safety, quality, cost, and lead times. Prior to this, Ben held roles such as MVP Specialist at Cooper Tools and Business Unit Manager at Arvin Meritor. Ben is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Business Management.
