Donna Vassallo

Donna Vassallo has extensive experience in academia and human resources, currently serving as Dean at Atlantic Cape Community College for both the Worthington Atlantic City Campus and Career Education and Workforce Development since 2003. Previous roles at the college include Dean of Career Education, Associate Professor and Coordinator of Business Administration, Assistant Professor, and Instructor. In addition, Donna Vassallo is the Principal/Owner of Donna Vassallo Associates, LLC, a human resources consulting firm established in 1999. Other professional experiences include being a Managing Partner at Blue Olive Restaurant and Martini Bar, Owner of Cafe J Restaurant, Human Resources Manager at Spencer Gifts, and Director of Recruitment and Staffing at Claridge Casino Hotel. Donna Vassallo's educational background includes a Master’s Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor's Degree from Widener University, along with an ongoing affiliation with Princeton University for further education.
