Michelle L. Blumberg

Michelle L. Blumberg is an experienced educator and consultant with a background in training, organizational development, and human resources. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Atlantic Cape Community College since December 2014, Michelle develops course materials and employs various teaching methods to enhance student learning. As a Business Development and Customized Training Consultant, partnerships with local businesses focus on creating tailored training initiatives. Prior roles include President of Blumberg Associates, where organizational development services were offered, Director of Training and Organizational Development at ARAMARK Sports & Entertainment, and significant positions at Trump Hotels & Casino Resorts, where notable training programs were designed for large employee bases. Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
