Emily Jenkins

Emily Jenkins currently serves as a Learning and Engagement Assistant and previously held the position of Associate Underwriter at Atlantic Casualty Insurance Co. since May 2022. Prior to this, Emily accumulated extensive experience at the University of Mount Olive from September 2011 to May 2022 in various capacities including Event Manager, Special Events and Social Media Coordinator, and Administrative Assistant. In these roles, Emily coordinated events, managed social media platforms, and provided support to leadership in the Institutional Advancement department. Emily's career began as a Legal Secretary at Farris A. Duncan, PA from May 2004 to September 2011. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Applied Science in Internet Technologies from Johnston Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Visual Communications from the University of Mount Olive, which is currently in progress.
