Kirsten Carlson is an experienced professional in claims management and journalism, currently working as a Claims Adjuster at Atlantic Charter Insurance Company since August 2012, where responsibilities include investigating workers’ compensation claims and managing financial reserves. Previously, Kirsten held roles such as Claims Assistant at Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc., and Claim Service Representative at Ames On Demand, where extensive customer management was achieved. Additionally, Kirsten contributed to the sports journalism field as a Reporter and Contributor for SquashTalk and Associate Editor for Squash magazine, generating and editing content, conducting interviews, and overseeing publication processes. Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Western Washington University.
