Andrew Bien

Andrew Bien is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in the electric utility industry and aerospace sector. Since May 2012, Andrew has held various roles at Atlantic City Electric, including Section Engineer, Senior Substation Engineer, and Distribution Engineer. Prior to this, Andrew worked as an Engineer at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) from June 2009 to May 2012, and as an Engineering Intern at the Federal Aviation Administration and Atlantic City Electric in 2008 and 2007, respectively. Andrew holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Rowan University, attained in May 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the same institution, completed in May 2009.
