Dan Schultheis Jr.

Dan Schultheis, Jr. has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Dan began their career in 1997 as a Senior Account Manager at ColonialWebb Contractors, where they focused on generating new business opportunities through cold calling and networking. In 2007, they joined Atlantic Constructors, Inc. as the Director of Service and Special Projects, where they oversaw sales and operations. Dan later advanced to the position of Vice President, where they continued to lead and build teams.

Dan Schultheis, Jr. attended John Tyler Community College from 1997 to 1999, where they studied HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) and HVACR (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration). In 2009, they briefly enrolled in the VCU School of Business to pursue Leadership Development, but it is unclear whether they completed a degree in this field.
