Darren Hambacker is a seasoned COMSEC Manager at Atlantic Digital since November 2020, overseeing and maintaining various COMSEC key materials and ensuring compliance with policies while providing 24/7 support for major needs. Prior to this role, experience includes serving as a System Administrator-Intermediate at Envistacom, where a range of local DISANet servers was managed, and as an End User Support Technician at Computer World Services Corp. focused on audio/visual equipment and IT setup coordination. Earlier in Darren’s career, as a Helpdesk Technician Level 3 at Red Cedar Enterprises Inc, a technical refresh project was led at Scott Air Force Base. Darren’s extensive background includes valuable service in the United States Air Force, where supervisory roles were held in Client Systems Help Desk and Communication Focal Point, tackling IT service challenges for over 10,000 users and managing significant ticket resolutions. Education credentials include attendance at Western Governors University and multiple technical schools from the United States Air Force.
