Prior to this, Ben held various roles at Howden M&A Limited and Howden - Specialist Insurance Brokers, focusing on providing specialist insurance solutions for M&A risks. Ben also worked as a Solicitor at Kensington Swan, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and business structuring. Ben holds a LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Otago and a BCom in finance.
