Tamara Bakaric

Tamara Bakaric is an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience in distribution and brand operations, primarily at Atlantic Grupa since June 2001. Currently serving as the Distribution Transformation Projects Coordinator, Tamara harmonizes corporate business processes related to consumer marketing and brand operations, implementing practices aligned with group standards. Prior roles include Head of Division Unilever, where strategic development of distribution portfolio strategy was spearheaded, and Brand Operations Director, overseeing commercial strategies and operations in the Serbian and Macedonian markets. Tamara's career began at Konzum d.d. and is supported by a Bachelor of Arts in French and Italian Language and Literature from the University of Zagreb.
