Jill Lee, holding certifications as a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), Compliance Manager for HOME Funds (HCM-HF), Management Occupancy Review Specialist (MORS), and Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), currently serves as the Associate Director of Compliance for Atlantic Housing Foundation, Inc., and the Client Operations and Risk Management Director for Towne Housing Compliance. With a robust background spanning over a decade in housing compliance, Jill has integrated strong relationships with vendors, lenders, and regulatory agencies while overseeing compliance operations at organizations such as CommonBond Communities and RealPage, Inc. Jill's expertise includes the management of various affordable housing programs, compliance audits, and the training of compliance staff, supported by a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
