Kerstin Sandow

Head Of Talent & Venture Development at Atlantic Labs

Kerstin Sandow has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Kerstin began their career as an Intern at EF Education First in 2010 and then again in 2013. In 2014, they worked as an External Consultant (intermittent, project-based) for Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, and as a Student Assistant for Gesellschaft für Versicherungswissenschaften- und Gestaltung (GVG). In 2016, they were a Project & Corporate Relations Manager for Kiron Open Higher Education. From 2015-2017, Kerstin worked as a Working Student, Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Associate Consultant for McKinsey & Company. Kerstin is currently working as a Senior Manager - Talent & Venture Development and a Talent & Venture Development Manager for both Atlantic Labs and FoodLabs.

Kerstin Sandow began their education in 2010, when they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations and International Organisation (IRIO) from the University of Groningen. In 2012, they attended the Universit\u00e9 de Sousse International Summer School and studied Human Rights, Democracy, and Transitional Justice. In 2013, they completed an Exchange Semester at the University of the Free State, studying International Relations and International Organisation. Finally, from 2014 to 2016, they obtained a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from the Hertie School, with a focus on Public Policy (Public Management Track).
