Billy Horn

Billy Horn has extensive experience in professional baseball, currently serving as Field Manager, Pitching Coach, Bench Coach, Director of Baseball Operations, and Player Development at the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball since April 2015. Previous roles include managing the Charleston Dirty Birds, serving as Bench Coach and Director of Player Procurement for the High Point Rockers, and Pitching Coach for the Long Island Ducks. As the Creator and Founder of Meet A Prospect, Inc., from March 2014 to November 2022, Billy developed a social media network for athletes to connect with recruiters and coaches. Additional positions held include Field Manager of the Normal CornBelters, Pitching Coach for the Ottawa Champions and Arizona Winter League, and President of Elite 22 Baseball Inc. with a focus on athlete recruitment. Billy's early career also included sales at Saxon Business Systems, showcasing strong business acumen alongside a commitment to player development and positive team culture. Billy Horn earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Lynn University.
