Operations Team

The Operations Team at Atlantic & Pacific Management - Pacific Division oversees the efficient management and execution of real estate services including HOA management, apartment development, and overall property management. This team is responsible for optimizing revenues, controlling expenses, and ensuring high service standards across all managed communities. Team members include the VP of Operations, the Director of Operations for Construction, and the SVP of Operations, all working collaboratively to maintain and enhance property value and customer satisfaction.
