Russell Capone has extensive experience working in various roles within the financial industry. Russell started their career at JP Morgan Chase in 1985, where they held the position of Vice President - Customer Billing and Product Costing Systems until 1987. Russell then moved on to Prudential Financial, where they worked from 1997 to 2017 as Vice President in the ILI Systems Management Team. In this role, they were responsible for various initiatives, including developing financial reporting infrastructure, implementing incentive compensation management platforms, and managing a portfolio of applications across different technologies. In 2017, Capone joined Atlantic Partners Corporation as Vice President of Business Development.

Russell Capone has a diverse education history. Russell obtained a Master of Science in Technology Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as an Executive Master's in Technology Management - EMTM from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to that, they earned an MBA in Marketing from St. John's University, The Peter J. Tobin College of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. John's University. Additionally, they hold a certification in Project Management (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
