Oliver Ruiz

Oliver Ruiz is a seasoned professional in the music industry, currently serving as Manager of A&R Operations at Atlantic Records since July 2025. Previously, Oliver held roles at 300 Entertainment, progressing from Junior Manager to Coordinator in A&R Administration & Operations between September 2022 and July 2025. Oliver began the career as a Music Touring Specialist at Creative Artists Agency in early 2022 and gained significant experience at Concrete Marketing as Executive Assistant for Music Marketing from August 2018 to January 2022, where Oliver led the StripJoints Music program and managed social media strategies. Early industry exposure included an internship in Sales and Business Development at Hear & There in 2017. Oliver holds a Master’s degree in Music Business from New York University and a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Music from the University at Buffalo. Study abroad experience at Kingston University in Music Technology and Economics further complements Oliver’s educational background.
