Jason Ward

Jason Ward has over 18 years of work experience in the real estate development industry. Jason is currently serving as the Director of Development at Atlantic Residential, where they have been overseeing various projects since February 2022. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Development Manager at the same company from July 2016 to February 2022.

Before joining Atlantic Residential, Jason held positions at MARTA (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority) from July 2013 to July 2016. Jason started as a Senior Development Associate in April 2007 and later became the Manager of Transit-Oriented Development (TOD).

Additionally, Jason co-founded J.W. Building Group LLC in 2006, where they served as a Co-Owner/Founder until 2009. Jason also gained experience as a Land Acquisition Manager at Centex Homes from 2005 to 2007 and at KB Home from 2004 to 2005. At KB Home, they also worked as a Land Forward Planner/Financial Analyst from 2003 to 2004.

Overall, Jason's diverse work experience demonstrates their expertise in real estate development, land acquisition, and project management.

Jason Ward has a Master of Science (MS) degree in City & Regional Planning with an emphasis in Land Development & Real Estate from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Jason also holds a Real Estate Certificate from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Urban Planning from Penn State University. Additionally, they have obtained a certification from the Urban Land Institute Center for Leadership in Atlanta in 2017.
