Alex Neff is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in marine engineering, cable systems, and environmental consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer for Cables at Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind LLC, Alex is involved in designing and maintaining cable systems for a significant renewable energy portfolio. In conjunction with this role, Alex operates as the Cables Technical Lead for Shell, focusing on the design and implementation of export and array cables. Previously, Alex held positions as a Lead Engineering Consultant at Xodus, managing submarine cable assessments, and as a Shore End Technician and Marine Engineering Solutions Manager at SubCom, overseeing the installation and engineering of cable systems globally. Alex also has a background as an Environmental Consultant and founder of UnderWater LandScapes, along with roles in GIS/CAD and operations management. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
