Arathi Haridas

Arathi Haridas is a skilled Project Engineer currently serving as the Verification Lead at Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind LLC since November 2022. Previously, Arathi held various engineering roles at Shell from September 2015 to November 2022, including Wells Engineer and Materials Gatekeeper for projects in the Gulf of Mexico and Permian regions, as well as field and completions engineering positions. Additionally, Arathi was actively involved in leadership at Fuse Collective, University of Calgary, from January 2013 to May 2015, serving as President and Director of Events. Arathi began the professional journey with internships at Shell in 2013 and 2014 focusing on completions and reservoir engineering. Arathi holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary, with a specialization in Energy & Environment, obtained in 2015.
