Tammie Valentini

Tammie joined Atlantic Street in 2018. Prior to joining Atlantic Street, Tammie held several leadership positions in financial services, multi-unit retail and professional services firms.

Most recently, Tammie served as Senior Vice President of Operations for a private equity backed financial services company. In that role, she reported to the Chief Executive Officer and was responsible for leading operations and support services across 800+ stores. Prior to this, Tammie was a managing director for Change Capital Investments. She was responsible for the business performance of several portfolio companies in the financial services and retail industries.

Among several company-building roles, Tammie was a founding member for ICG Commerce, a venture capital backed business process outsourcing firm. As a general manager, she played a significant role in growing the company from start-up to approximately $175MM in revenue, which was successfully sold to Accenture in 2013. Additionally, she was a partner and Chief Operating Officer of a retained search firm for mid-market companies where she oversaw 30% growth in revenue and 400% improvement in net operating income over an 18-month period.

Tammie holds an MBA degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a BA in Accounting from Michigan State University. She loves travel, playing ice hockey, tennis and golf and enthusiastically follows the Michigan State Spartans.
