Matt Lemery has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Matt started their career at Sun & Ski Sports in 1999 as a General Manager, and later moved on to Alpine Shop Ltd in 2004, where they held the same role. At Alpine Shop, they were responsible for P&L and operations for three store locations, developed core sales strategies, and focused on employee development and hiring. In 2009, Matt joined U.S. Cellular as a Performance Support Manager-Sales Development, where they directed a team of managers and sales associates, and designed programs to develop critical behaviors and drive market leadership. In 2013, they became the Sales Manager at Arch Communications, working with well-known companies like Apple. In 2014, they joined Voice Carrier as the Midwest Sales Director before moving on to Atlantic Wireless Communications in 2015. At Atlantic Wireless, they initially served as the Director of Sales Midwest and then became the Vice President of National Sales in 2022. Overall, Matt Lemery has a strong sales and management background with proven expertise in driving performance and developing sales teams.
Matt Lemery attended Parkway West without earning a degree or specifying a field of study. Matt then went on to study at St. Louis Community College and UMSL, but did not complete a degree or specify a field of study at either institution.

We are proud to tell you that Atlantic Wireless is a Christian company (of course He does own it all anyway) and is operated on Christian principles. “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men.” (Colossians 3:23) Christianity is the spiritual foundation upon which we established Atlantic Wireless. As an outward expression of this belief, Atlantic Wireless tithes 10% of its net income to be used for ministry work. We have been stewarded by God with this company and its employees. Therefore, we will impact peoples lives for Christ. We are accomplishing this by being intentional with ministry in our company. Although we believe this is right for our company, we respect and employ people of all religions. Do we hire only Christians? Absolutely not. We celebrate diversity and treat people with respect just like Jesus. Our Leadership Team is driven by a unique, servant leadership style, that all of our leaders use every day. This is based on Matthew 7:12 “So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you,…”. We therefore believe in “coaching” our associates. Our leaders focus is to coach, council, and develop their direct reports. We do not manage with fear. This style has enabled us to fuel an incredible culture that people love. That's right, they actually LOVE coming to work…can you imagine?
