Randolph H. Clark

Randolph H. Clark brings thirty years of asset management sales and distribution experience to Atlantic Financial Partners. Before AFP, Randolph developed US NRC, and Latin American cross-border business for Waddell & Reed’s Ivy Funds and EMG subsidiaries from 2012 to 2016. Prior to Waddell & Reed, Mr. Clark ran Latin American & Caribbean distribution for the Anglo-African Asset Manager, Investec. Before Investec, Randolph developed Janus Capital’s Private Wealth & Trust Group, as Director, to address the needs of US intermediaries and institutions serving ultra high net worth investors in the US. Previously, Randolph led the Americas region for Janus International. His responsibilities included covering all investment intermediaries and institutions in the American hemisphere dealing with non-US investors. Prior to joining Janus in 1998, Mr. Clark ran Latin American distribution for Seligman & Co. Before Seligman he established and ran Fidelity Investments’ Brazilian subsidiary, Fidelity do Brasil, as Executive Director based in São Paulo. Previous to Fidelity, Mr. Clark brokered Euro debt to Latin American institutional investors for General Electric’s Kidder Peabody & Co. Randolph was a Founding Partner of Multi-Dimensional Distribution, LLC (MDD), a management consultancy focused on distribution in the Americas and is a member of the Board of TerraMar Brands. Randolph holds a Masters of International Management (MIM/MBA) from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
