Jeffrey Van Hook

Jeffrey Van Hook, DO, FSCAI, is an experienced medical professional specializing in interventional cardiology. Between July and September 2017, Jeffrey served as the Medical Director for the Structural Heart Disease Program at the AtlantiCare Heart Institute, also holding titles as Medical Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and Medical Director of Structural Heart Disease. Prior to this, Jeffrey worked as an Interventional Cardiologist at Atlantic Cardiology. Currently, since January 2021, Jeffrey is involved with Medtronic as a Physician Proctor for the Evolute TAVR platform. Educationally, Jeffrey earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey from 2000 to 2004.
