Fabiano's career began at Boston Consulting Group from September 2013 to February 2022, where roles progressed from Associate to Project Leader. Additionally, a brief tenure as a Public Policy Advisor at the Ministry of Economy occurred in mid-2019. Fabiano holds an MBA with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, complemented by an exchange program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
