Jacob Spector

Jacob Spector, CPA, currently serves as the Accounting Manager at Atlantis Bahamas, leading a team of five accountants since May 2024. Jacob has been an adjunct faculty member at American University since January 2018, teaching financial and managerial accounting at both undergraduate and graduate levels. As Principal at Spector CPA since November 2017, Jacob has also held notable positions including Senior Accountant at IntraFi from February 2020 to May 2024 and Senior Accounting Associate at Capital One for a short tenure in 2018. Earlier experience includes a role as a Staff Auditor at EY and various academic roles at Florida International University. Jacob holds a Master's Degree in Accounting from American University and a Master's in Hospitality Management from Florida International University, alongside a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Chapman University.
