Kendra Arnett-Pratt

Kendra Arnett-Pratt has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Kendra currently serves as the Executive Director of HRIS at Atlantis Bahamas, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Atlantis Resorts as the Director of HRIS and Director from February to March 2022.

Kendra has also worked at DTaD as an IT Project Manager from September 2014 to March 2022. Kendra served as the Project Component Coordinator at CSJP from March 2020 to May 2021. Before that, they worked at DIT as a Project Manager from April 2014 to March 2020.

Their earlier experiences include working as a Business Analyst at the Department of Information Technology from August 2005 to March 2020 and as a Computer Studies Teacher at the Ministry of Education from 2005 to 2008.

Kendra Arnett-Pratt obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from the College of The Bahamas from 2000 to 2005. In 2017, they earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Information Technology from Walden University, starting in 2020 and expected to graduate in 2021.
