Mychal Harris

Mychal Harris is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Chef De Cuisine at Seafire Steak House, part of Atlantis Bahamas, since February 2023, and holding the same title at Atlantis Paradise Island since January 2022. With a career spanning over 16 years, Mychal has held significant positions, including Executive Sous Chef De Cuisine at Todd English OliVeS @ The Atlantis Casino and Head Chef roles at Jean-Georges Dune and Todd English Olives. Previous experience includes positions such as Sous Chef at Kerzner International and Chef De Partie at Marley Resort and Spa.
