Jan Basson currently serves as the Director of Guest Experience at Atlantis Events since December 2024. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Holland America Line, where responsibilities spanned from Senior Manager of Charter, Incentive and Series Partnerships—overseeing multimillion-dollar charter operations and sales initiatives—to Manager of Charter & Incentive Accounts and Cruise Director. Additional roles include Sales Manager at Starboard Cruise Services and Operations Manager at Vanelli Promotional Marketing. Jan is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Hospitality Management at Seattle Central College, following earlier education at Dr EG Jansen, where a Matric was obtained.

The company was founded in 1991 and has operated programs as large at 5500 guests and as intimate as 80. Our offices are located in sunny West Hollywood California.
