Brendon Valentine is an accomplished professional in the hospitality sector with extensive experience managing quality and guest experiences. Currently serving as Assistant Manager of Quality & Projects at Atlantis Resorts since August 2019, Brendon focuses on aligning team and stakeholder expectations with quality objectives. Previously, Brendon held roles at Kerzner International as Operations In-Charge for Global Reservations at One & Only Resorts, overseeing workforce management and reservations operations. With a strong foundation at Atlantis The Palm, Brendon progressed from Reservation Sales Agent to various management roles, including Assistant Manager of Reservations, where responsibilities included task delegation and performance monitoring. A graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management & Catering, Brendon holds a Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management.
