Kym Barter's work experience begins in 1999 as a Restaurant Manager/F&B Manager at Crown Melbourne Limited. Kym later becomes the Director of Beverage Operations, overseeing multiple bars and restaurants, and leading a team of managers and staff. In 2004, they join InterContinental Hotels Group as the Director of Food and Beverage, responsible for the F&B operations of two hotels.
