Sanjeev Silwal

Sanjeev Silwal is an experienced culinary professional with a focus on pre-opening roles in various prestigious hospitality organizations. Currently serving as Chef de Partie at Atlantis Resorts since September 2022, Sanjeev has previously worked with Jumeirah Group and Rotana Hotel Management Corporation in similar chef positions from 2015 to 2022. Educationally, Sanjeev holds a Diploma of Education in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies from ELC College London, alongside a Diploma of Education in Supervision from Alison e-learning. Early culinary training began at Hotel Annapurna in 2013.
